these were on sale cheap from HobbyLinc in sets of two so I figured I would pick some up as long as I was picking up some other engines and other things from HobbyLinc that required a hazmat
any experience with these?

Flew one in a night launch rocket 2 weeks ago. No problems
I take that back, there was a problem. All three vendors at the site sold out of that motor before I got to the launch. I had to buy one off a friend that bought out one of the last packs a vendor had. So they are evidently popular.

It isn't a fancy motor, but it gets the job done.

Flow several times with no issues, quick burn. Fly one this weekend in a Leviathan.

Thanks all. Sounds like I got good motors for a great price at HobbyLinc.I had to pay hazmat anyway, so figured why not go for some sale items,

When you examine the specs on thrust curve - you may see these G74's are just 9 grams over the limit (requiring hazmat) and just 2ns over the "F" motor limit... making them "baby" G motors.
