Can u teach me about tracking smoke in j~L motors? I see nothing in data about tracking smoke after burnout. Some motors I see none others very noticeable . Is this something that can be made for reloads ? DMS? Different motor brands or propellant types have more?

I don't know how to answer your question, but an alternative to tracking smoke is to use the chalk used by roofer or carpenters. Place an ounce or so near one of your charges and it will be expelled along with the chute. However, it gets everywhere.
