Thing is... Gilligan's Island is a product of the 60's... It was first run from 1964-1967, as is the Brady Bunch (1969-1974)

Sigmund the Sea Monster was slightly later (1973-1975)

I saw the original live show for "Sigmund" at Six Flags in Arlington when they were doing testing before the TV show came out. Also saw the original H.R. Pufnstuf at the HemisFair '68 in San Antonio. Despite what the Kroffts said, I think some serious drugs were involved in the concept of these two shows.

Don't remember that one. My folks did not have the "stoner channel".

Pretty cheesy. All kidding aside, I probably saw that but it did not leave a measurable impression. Either that or it was not on the antenna. We did not have cable.

I didn't look at this thread until now because I didn't know what "okle" was, which was how I was reading the thread title.

I guess now I feel "old" because my eyes are getting so bad. Pretty much every picture I look at makes me feel okle.

Not Saturdays, but weekdays. Since I lived so close to my grammar school, I could watch half the show and still be at school on time.

I don’t recall “Sigmund the Sea Monster” but I remember;
