I'm hoping a Wisconsin Badgers themed rocket.😃

just a shot in the dark...but perhaps it relates to that ad in sport rocketry, that amongst other things, says purchase through your local Wildman dealer :).

Yeah - I saw that ad! It is red and white (and black)

2.6" (thinwall I'm hoping)

29mm or 54mm (what no 38mm option?!?)

AWM Pro-X does offer a 54mm M...

Oops - you're right, my bad...

-maybe somebody should tell the webmaster.

Oh I know I know! The new toy I'm picking up on Saturday! Am I close?

Eric.

I have a one track mind. I hear red and white and the only thing I can dream of is a large-scale Black Brant V.

I really like your Sandhawk, by the way. I'm glad I picked one up...a great way to launch a series of Sounding Rockets!

Cheers,
Michael

This is what I get for not going over to Wildman's for a few weeks. I'm so left out...

Probably the 4" Extreme with thin wall glass tubing.

Now, what would be even better is to eliminate the motor mount tube using centering rings cut to motor diameter. For bottom use a stepped aluminum bulkhead with retention. Just a thought. Replace G10 fins with glassed nomex honeycomb to further reduce weight.

Man, that would be the ticket.

Hmmm, didn't I see a 2.6 FG Patriot Missle somewhere from Wildman? Then again maybe it was somewhere else.... nah it was in Sport Rocketry! Listed at, iirc $79.99

The Patriot was in Sport Rocketry. That might be a second hint.

It would take an impressive shoehorn to fit an M in there!

OK Guys sorry to keep you in suspense.
I was trying to get rocket done for pictures before I released it .
I hate rattle can paint.
after the last wet sanding I put on the final coat and it wrinkled.
So I will give you the rocksim instead.
There are still a couple of tweaks to do on the roc sim file . but its basically done.
If you really look at the kit it can be flown in either hedd end deployment or traditional dual deployment.
it will accept either the 54 6xl case or the 75 4 grain without any modifications.
I will release a little more later I have to go to a launch now.

Pretty cool rocksim. You would have to have a heck of waiver for the M. 15000-16000 feet.

I was going to ask if it was something I heard you just painted and it looked sharp.
Sorry to hear about the paint job.
Looks like the design was tweaked just a little.

Nice!

would someone be kind enough to post a picture, please. OR absolutely does not like this file, fins are all messed up. thanks,
Rex
