The support group we currently have for IT and telecom just has to go. They're awful.

We're downtown and looking for something local. The company is about 20 employees. Will look into any and all suggestions as the situation needs to get better - fast.

Somehow i just get this fuzzy image of *Chuck* (not his real name) flying a 4x Upscale of an Arcas at Midwest Power later this year...with all the new found wealth he has encountered...
