Hi Everyone-
Guess what? The CD3 systems are back in stock and ready for shipment. We discontinued them 6 months ago but received so many requests for them, we decided to make them again.

The Rouse-Tech website (www.rouse-tech.com) has been revised to reflect the new CD3 pricing, (lower) and now includes only the CO2 ejection systems and not the motor hardware. So its easier to navigate.
The four systems that are offered are- the Adventurer Kit for 12 and 16 gram CO2 cartridges that work in rockets to 4" diameter, the Jupiter Kits which are for 4" to 7.5" rockets, the HPR kits which include all these sizes and the El Grande for the BIG rockets. The El Grande systems are best suited for 8" rockets and larger that require a lot of ejection gas to separate the rocket.

Most of the people now purchasing the systems, are using them in rockets to all altitudes and not just for high altitude flights. Primarily due to the fact that it eliminates all the need for Nomex to cover the parachutes and it eliminates all the scorching and damage to recovery lines and devices. People grew tired of replacing expensive parachutes.

They also produce a far gentler separation than BP, should that be a concern.

Cheers
Tom
