NPR's WBUR at ROCStock (feat. Bandman444, Wayco, Hardline, and more!)

NPR Reporter Saul Gonzalez from came out to ROCstock last month with his microphone and headphones and recorded the sounds and smells of the dry lakebed. The finished product aired on WBUR this morning, and a bunch of TRFers made it into the story:

Pretty cool. I didn't hear the broadcast piece yet, but read the online article. Pretty neat to see the TRF folk in there.

The parting quote from the article - "....sharing the joy of watching something he built slip the bonds of Earth and pierce the sky."

...even if Wayne and Sharon are from the Arizona chapter of ROC, it's all good. :roll:

It's hard to pass on a ROC event, we will be there if it isn't "Blazingly Hot!"
We did spend a bit of time talking the Saul, but I never expected to hear anything about it. Thanks to David for posting this up.
