38mm aeropack dimensions

Anyone have a 38mm Aeropack, not yet installed? I would love to get a fairly precise measurement of how far it will slide onto a motor mount tube.

Measure it. Doesnt say in the directions.

From their website........ 3/8in.

We always leave .5in so you are not so tight against the rear CR.

I would love to but my kit somehow came a week before the support hardware. But if I had that one length I could at least get started.

Yes! I did not see at at first but then found that number myself an hour or so after asking here. Hopefully it is accurate!

3/8" this is a used one may be hitting a spot of jb weld left

Leave the motor tube a little long and trim off when the retainer arrives.
