I've only dealt with Performance Rocketry once directly. It took me several e-mails and 3 months to get a response from the owner as to the status of an order I made. This seems to be common for many folks. Others haven't had any problems. His product is excellent, so if you want a PR product, I'd buy it from a vendor that carries his product (and only buy what they have in stock) such as Wildman or Liberty Launch Systems.

Curtis(owner of Performance Rocketry) makes some very fine kits, but is sorely lacking in direct sales. Go through a dealer.

I would suggest Always Ready Rocketry, Randy is an extremly helpful guy, plus I contacted him and the PR stuff is in stock.
