Is the length of the BT-50 tube which comes in an Estes kit 4.75" long? I think so but I don't have any engines with me and I want to make sure before I start cutting. Thanks,
 
I can't speak to the Estes D & E Engine Mount kit if that's what you are referencing? But my E version of the Estes Mean Machine came with a 4" motor mount tube. An Estes E is 3.75". Hope this helps.
