I believe that His Honor was going to make a case ruling in July of 07'. Has anyone heard anything since? This is basically aimed at NAR and TRA officials that may be reading this? TIA, Uncrichie.
 
About a week ago, Bunny posted on the NARSections list
that there hasn't been any news...
 
According to what I believe I was last told by a lawyer friend of mine is that the judge has 2 years that he can take to announce a ruling..... Would love to hear from others if thats the case but I believe it is quite possible.
