Hi All:

I'm contemplating the construction of a new schedule board for our club (you know, the board at the LCO table that you clip the flight cards to corresponding pad assignments?)

Our current one is a board mounted on metal legs from a portable road barricade, that has wooden clothes pins epoxied in place that are numbered 1through 24 to correspond to the number of launch pads we have. This free-standing unit has served us well for many years, but is getting tired and beat up. I'd like to make a new one for the 2008 season, but would like to get some ideas from other folks/clubs as to what they are currently using.

Any ideas/suggestions/photos of what others are using greatly appreciated!

Best Regards

Our club uses small clip boards. The clip boards are labeled with a rack/pad designation. One for each rack/pad. For most launches we use 2 racks that have 6 pads each and 4 away pads for a total of 16 clip boards. When the pad assignment is made the appropriate clip board with launch card is placed on the LSO table.
