TLP Nike Ajax - 29mm conversion?

Just out of curiosity, has anyone done (or considered) a conversion for a Launch Pad Nike Ajax to use a single 29mm RMS motor?

Yep, I did that for my Giant Sport Scale entry for NARAM 2000. I replaced the balsa fins with plywood and installed a 29mm motor mount. Below are a couple of links to photos of my Nike Ajax.

What motor did you send it up on? And, did you replace the entire fin set with ply?

I just used plywood for the lower fins, mounted TTW. The motor in the photo is an F40 (or F43) Econojet.
