I had the same issue with a G64 a few moths ago. I also peeled a layer away with no issues.

THAT :point: looks awsome !
Too bad it's so far from home :(
The Rousetech cases do seem more expensive though...
The 24/40 and 29/40-120 cases seem to be readily available. I don't recall seeing any Aerotech cases that were any bigger other than Rousetech made or used. Just my own curiosity on the hobby line...
Basically so I could legally use the G138 in my 29/40-120 casing with perhaps an occasional H single use.
Or is Rouse tech making them now also? I was just curious. Thanks!
If this isn't the truth !
I have an LED spotlight out in our back yard. It's been there about 3 years and IIRC I got it from Walmart. I have a small yard, and use it often letting our dog out. I think its 11 watts but don't...
I just used an Aerotech H135 SU for my level 1 - no need to worry about losing a case. I have a couple of the 24/40 and 29/40-120 cases. I like the Aerotech - I don't mind the assembly process and I...
Sounds like I'll be placing an order in near future! Thanks guys..
Just ran across their website. What do you all think - good/bad? They seem to have really good prices. Comperable to top Flight recovery perhaps? Any and all opinions appreciated. Thanks!
I'll be there but the Mega Red Max is my next build. I'll have it ready for the fall Red Glare launch !
I'm sick of winter. Rain, cold, cloudy. All crappy if you ask me. Come on summer !
It's $25 to join for the year (I joined in January) and the "flight fee" for the weekned which I believe is $10. This will be my firtst time flying there - I have been out 3 x before though. Safety...

That's funny...
And that's a killer paint job....You need to sub-contract !
Nathan do you fly with MDRA or somewhere else ?
Oh ok. Thanks for the info. Wild man does have the best prices around. And gdiscenza I think I am going to borrow a case from somone and certify that way. The G138 isn't something I would use too...
Yoehahn by the way who is Tim ?? I might have to give him a call...
Thanks for all the info, guys. I am strictly buying reloads for the 24/40 and 29/40-120 casings. I am familiar with the G138T and G33 being high power loads, which is something I may pursue at Red...
SU Aerotech E20-4 in an Estes Tomahawk. Boy did it go...Unfortunately the delay was a little short...
I can see the value of backing off the aft end closure, keeping pressure off the O-rings inside. I don't recall if the people I was talking too did or not - I'm thinking probably not.
I have never done it personally, but people in my club have told me they have left them loaded for several months with no problem. I have just started using RMS cases myself.
I kind of figured it was because of propellant type or whatever. Guess I'll shop around. Is the G138 a real kick in he pants? so far I have flown a LOC-IV on a G64-4 and an Estes V2 on an E18-7. The...
Thanks for your opinions. I'll probably order some online, and do a little shopping while I'm at Red Glare. I noticed the Hobbyline stuff there is no hazmat except for the 29mm F motors. Anyone know...
Hi everyone.
I have recently stepped into mid power, buying a few reloadable cases (24/40 and 29 40-120). Are reloadable motor kits generally cheaper online, or at the field? I am considering...
Nice..I like the simple clean looking paint schemes like these..the black one a few back..
Those are sharp looking! I really like the solid red...
I think the most inspiring thing about him was that he never looked for respect or attention. He was so humble and down to earth. He probably forgot more than I'll ever know...
