Hoping for the best for you Scotty. The work place should never be the source of personal problems, but it does happen, and have had some bad times myself, so I can tell you there are better times...
Hands were s h a ki ng. But, I did impress the VE's taking 45 minutes for 3 tests..ok yea, I did quite well too, and yea I am proud if it. Sorry I dont mean/hate to brag. :)

You will do fine !!

cause thats how I roll :p
Probably dont want to hear this, but what you have here is a case of "learning curve". Staged rockets != 100% success ;)
hehe, Also hoping to take the Tech test next weekend... pretty neat how being a "born again" also rekindled my HAM interest. :cyclops:

I pulled the 1994 ARRL Handbook from the bookcase,...
It is a Slippery Slope!! :D Thats why we love it!!
Today it's 320 Sandpaper, tommorow a cabinet to hold all the different sandpapers, sanding blocks and gadgets... A never ending list.

Well, I guess this one....even though its only "mid power" ?
3 D cluster, over 6' tall.
This rocket photo was the cover photo for American Spacemodeler :D
Jan or Dec 1984 or 1985, I forget. ...
instead of sanding and using that 2 piece rod, just get the same diameter in a length of music wire from the hobby shop. just my :2:
lol, well thats a good idea,
but heck, evey "scratch" I do just looks like a tube with fins and a nose cone.
even though my scratch to kit ratio is like, 10:1 more or less.
still lthey look like...
yeehaw :)
Ya, kevlar cord. :)
lol, those are soft and fuzzy too :)

being "only" 3 ply plywood (all that I have seen), it sure can't hurt to use the outer wood's grain to your advantage.
With Bacon. mmmmmmmm :)
here is the trick..... thinking that you are using fairly thin material...
Using a piece of thicker wood as a fin carrier, say as a minimum, 1/2" thick plywood:
You double-sided tape the fin...
