Wasn't that the 'airbag' special? Uh- no thanks....
Good Lord, boy! PM me NOW!
Estes ignitors for anything other than firing BP motors are useless. Go with quest or any other e-match (Daveyfire, Rocketflite, Quickburst, etc.) designed for low current. Your choice of 9 volts...
Not too picky- just whipped stitched with Kevlar thread.
As most of you know-I'm a pasty-white 3rd gen Scotlander who burns to lobster-like colour just walking outside to retrieve the newspaper. As gross as this sounds, (I have had many decades of sunburns...
I'll take it.....I'm espescially fond of the vendor who makes More Stuff-great product!
I've got mine so I guess I will point out politely that is a 54mm THRUST PLATE. A huge advantage transferring the compressive and shear forces from the motor tube to the airframe. Just add Aeropack.
Wow- kindred spirits in science fiction! My very first Science Fiction book was "Spaceship Under the Apple Tree" but I would surmise that was replicated/cloned by the movie "E.T." I agree with all...
Well crew- I think I just got Ari's resignation letter. So who won? Not us-by a long shot. His legacy? How cool to cert L1 on a RCRG? And a Vulcan to boot! I'd like to build that kit...oh,...
Where does the time go???
(and don't say sidereally...)
It's ALWAYS funny except applause and photosynthesis are mutually exclusive. Plants and trees tend to the latter..
(Mitch Hedberg would have carried the one over to the punch line on that note..." I...
Whut?? I thot the picture of MeeMaw's kitty cat was cute!
Thank God I wasn't drinking coffee! ROTFLMAO!! Thanks you sooo much,Dave- I'm sending this out to my two oldest sons right now!
Mark- If rocket86 isn't up for it, I am. Trades? Cash?- Not looking for a freebie. I have 7 loads for that case and mine got thrashed *somehow* right out of the package. Both dogs have gone to chase...
LOL! Yea!! Great Name!!!
All I'm gonna say is 1) get it out of the tube and 2) keep it from melting during ejection. There was a plethora of Rogallo wings back in the day. Some were extremely competitive.
Wonder how much they charge to re-paint after it gets sandblasted out in the desert??? Don't think my insurance would cover the windshield either. Hmmm- prolly more than the executive suite and...
HAHaa-Like most Instructables- made you look....
Duudde- you like, totally remembered or something. You should be like, the vice president or something. I mean not like the president of vice or anything, but -hey! I have an an Instructables book...
Stunning! 3 requirements for your rockets; tracker, beeper and horse repellant...
It's part of the Emergency Evacuation System on the ISS. Full scale....
Some Instructables are great, but all plants crave electrolytes.
"GYROC with a Twist"-ya just gotta hand to this guy-luv it! LOL!
I always remember great lines! I can't remember to pay the water bill, but.....I wuz hoping to get a reaction. Ding, Ding, Ding! We have a winner!!!
Amen! +1 on the av-bays...hope I see a rocket on my door step this month!
All I can say is Thank Goodness I have a defibrillator by the computer! I saw all that fun stuff in one place and seized up. (okay- it's really a jump starter with the clamps filed down...)
Thx for the back channel, Bill. You're a stand up guy!
+1 on that-if you have any more-measure the length with a micrometer and note the colour band (if any) then go to Aerotech's site and see if they match. Rumour has it everything will be shipping with...
2 down-3 to go...
