Thank You Bro
Gary, May I ask where you found the hinges? I've been wanting to upscale a Gyroc myself!
Pretty Dang Nice!
my ride smells really BAAAAAAAAAAAAAADDDD.
This build Kicks AZZZZZ! Rock on Denis!!
I hate to be behind. I went to launch last weekend just to give myself breath.
I had to get out of the shop. Thanks for your support Chuck.
First let me thank you for your patience.
I am behind on orders and I'm doing all I can to get them completed.
I made a deal on an engine lathe today. It will be ready for my final...
I do like to have fun!
Hope to see you soon! Welcome back to the world.
Yes on the screws for the tube fins. The cross locks are about half of the structural strength for a standard fin.
Enjoyed the weekend! Was great to see friends Old and new!
Thanks for the memories!!
I use a screw through the tube and airframe into centering ring on my tube designs.
For the fin I use a mechanical cross lock the internal fillet ands Devcon plastic welder.
Correct young Man. :)
Not Classy? I disagree!! They look like the Tank ammo. The old HEAT round has that very look!
Nose cones were a problem, so I made molds to cast them. I want to try thermo forming but...
Ran about 70 of these yesterday. Took a few photos for Y'all.
I'll stand in for Jim on your L1 Motor. See you tomorrow!
I wish you all the Best!
I cast my plastic nosecones. I would not recommend fins or a fin can.
Material is to pliable after casting.
Dave if you find another PM me! Those were great compact grills.
Crap I hope it's not rained out. :/
I would go with rail buttons for sure. I offer what ever help I can be.
Hey, Thanks for the positive feedback.
I plan to produce these for kits and stand alone sales. :)
Gary that looks schweet!
Hope to see you there.
I took it no other way :)
THanks! I 'll do it!
First 54mm Von Karmen was molded today. 2layers of 9ozglass then pressure injected epoxy and milled glass over core. I turned this Nose so you could see how small the mold seam is.
Not perfect yet...
Still remember the show stopper last year!
That was Great!!
