Watch out. Posting exactly this got me an infraction.
We should place bets on this and put it at over/under on Q3 2013.
I'll take the over.
This is beyond ridiculous. It is 2012. It isn't hard to update a website to at least let us know what is going on or even that they are still alive. For cripes sake they still have their ancient...

On right, obviously. Haven't launched it yet. Nose is done with Testors Icy Blue Lacquer ( http://www.testors.com/products/137198 )
You are lucky he didn't fire you on the spot for taking him out to play with your little toys.
I recently used a bunch of ~18 year old Estes BP engines without issue. They were kept inside in a bedroom closet for their entire lifespan. I would guess that keeping them in a humid/non-temp...
"Milking the Dog"
Dzzanng man. Where do you keep finding this stuff?
That's pretty conclusive to me that these igniters are simply not worth purchasing. I hope Estes gets this fixed soon because I'm hearing rumblings from the lay people that the new stuff doesn't...
Uhh what kind of sicko are you? When I get a colonoscopy I actually don't want that thing in as far as it will go. "Just the tip" is even too much.
I'm quite curious as to how you have concluded that I am not calm and composed. I have only stated facts and written words. You are imparting your own biases onto my written words.
If these igniters are designed to only be used with an Estes E Launch Controller, it should say that very clearly on the package. I don't think it is unreasonable for me to have believed that...
*interest
That question was clearly erroneous. In the new exam, they have fixed it.
Paragraph breaks. Use them if you actually expect people to read your drivel.
post pics of reload plz
I was using a fully charged 12V, 7.0AHr battery that I have used many times with Copperheads and First Fires without issue. Every igniter fired, they just didn't have enough oomph to ignite the...
The pyrogen was completely burned on all 4 igniters. I suspect there simply was not enough or it burned too fast to actually light the motor.
Show me where I ever asked a single question.

Golly gee, thanks for all the instruction. I guess if I weren't so retarded it would have worked great.
Oh wait, I'm not retarded. I use a 12V launch system and have fired hundreds of composite...
I just burned through an entire pack of new Estes Pro Series II igniters on an F22. 0/4 success rate.
Do not buy.
Second.
lol relax
And that's my whole point. Since I didn't build it, I have no way of knowing exactly how the thing was built. Therefore, it is worth less than a brand new kit to me.
The price isn't fair because you probably used Elmer's School Glue to hold it together and whoever tries to launch it is going to kill someone. Anyway, where the hell is Carlsbad, KA?
So let me get this straight... you are trying to sell an 8 year old, used rocket for $300 when it can be purchased brand new for $234? lol
The vast majority of people who launch model rockets never go to a club launch in their entire lives. They launch in their backyards or at parks. Thus, the majority of rocket launches are not done...
ITT: overreaction to the extreme
Par for the course on this board, it seems. You guys seriously need to lighten up. No one was "singling out" model rocketry.
Estes dropped the ball big time on this. Not even labeling the package for the motors that igniters are not included? Wow. It's like they don't even know who their customers are.
The whole...
omg chill out
It was clearly a joke about old fashion styles. Get a sense of humor.
