Yeah.... I was thinking of putting a light frame in most of it, and making a motor cage instead of tube. Might equal out in weight, but it will be cheaper for me.

Were any of the delay parts (e.g. insulator, delay itself, spacer, washer, etc.) damaged or dented? If so, that could have made the 4 second delay into a no second delay. That happened to me this...

Yes, tape is the easiest option.

First, as o1d dude said, do not glue it in. Bad choice.

What you should do is this: Take an inch or so of masking tape, and wrap it around the motor case below...
