Anybody got a foot or so of small diamater kevlar cord I can snag off them? It will be used in a 1/4" dia tube.
What is the best way to fasten it? Is it gluable? I will pay you for it.
Good enugh, I have a bail of dog barf that will last at least several life times.
Thanks for all the suggestions. I guess I will invest in what small amount I can even though the postage will probably cost more than the cord.
I wonder if it can be found at sporting goods or shoe repair shops, yes we still have an old fashioned mom and pop shoe repair shop here, and they also are a sporting goods store.
I am thinking of trying a MM model. What is used for wadding on very small models?
I found #35 cord on amazon but it says it's is 3mm, that seems a bit thick for tiny rockets. I do not need a whole roll, where can I get a few feet worth?
What is used as a shock cord to connect the sections of the micro rockets?
All I know is that the E9 is a gutless wonder. My brand new just finished Estes 4" dia. V-2 met its end because of one of those on its first flight. It got up about 10 ft and went horizontal over my...

It is'nt done yet.
This one is the Blast Off. Doing it in oil, otherwise it would have been finished a long time ago.
Such as model launch gantries and support equipment. I like that sort of thing.
Four rows of seven cylinders, looks more like an F2.
One of your police chiefs is missing. He's here.
Mine says "There is no future in time travel" and another is "I do'nt believe in superstition, it's bad luck"
One I had a long time ago "Celebrate your nations freedom with fireworks made by...
Yep! That proves it. Who took the picture of the rover? The camera mounted boom is not visible. ??????
For cheap rockets I use 3" mailing tubes from an office supply store. They are cheap, available and no big loss if you crash them. The ones I have used would fit a nose cone.
Here is a little better photo of it!
