Yes this is also a great idea and is a little more controllable over peeling layers off provided that the liner is taking to the sanding well. I think the lesson I've over the years is not to jam...

I think AT get's bad batches of liners occasionally. I remember about 4 or 5 years ago it seemed like every F40 or F52 reload I got had a super tight liner.

Peel a very thin layer off of the liner. This is an issue with the tolerances in the outer diameter of some of the liners. Some are spot on some need tweaking.
