Make 3 or 4 very small holes along the lug, standoff or body tube. Apply TB2 in holes and create glue rivets. I do this method on all my lugs and works pretty good for me.

I just don't know if my design is different enough to be considered a new design.
Yea, 18" nylon chute on a D12-5.

Does anyone know if this design as a kit would be considered an infringement or who could I talk to at Estes to get an ok to use?. It's a 3" dia. x 26.5" design with plywood TTW fins.

2" Dia. Scratch upscale! Flew great at MWP 9. Cracked a fin on landing though.
The kit is an odd size dia. (1.8") and I tried to figure out if Estes bought out parts from an old vendor, or if the parts are an Aerotech brand.
:) Great!!
Wrap a strip of paper around tube and mark it where it meets. Next measure the distance, divide it by two, mark strip at half way and rewrap strip and mark tube.

Very nice and thanks.
You can only add the bulkhead or CR to the main body tube and move it into position in the coupler.
