Ohhhhhh..Paul T likes

Sweet looking chicks sitting on stuff is cool !!

Paul T

I really like the one with the chick sitting on the bomb, but it's too big - a little over 5" wide. It would wrap around the body tube too much. I'd have to buy the big decal, scan it, and have a smaller one made.

Where do you find those Jim ?

Got the rail buttons installed, and the aft epoxy fillets applied.

Have a need for a cherrybomb decal, do you?

I was thinking of making a trademark kinda thing for my rockets ,much like a sexy PG13 sexy lady (a la Vargas) riding a Sidewinder Missile.

BTW ,I do really like the idea of the red stain/RIT on the nosecone ,looks really nice and the gloss coats sure will make it POP !

Take care

That nose cone sure looks nice! I really like the look of the wood grain.:) BTW, you should launch this on a red or blue motor...

I sprayed three coats of sanding sealer on the fins, sanded them, and sprayed on several coats of primer. I sanded the body tube and fins with 400 grit, and sprayed on the blue.

I was a little disappointed in the paint, until my son held it in the sun. Looks pretty good! Very sparkly!

The RIT dyed nosecone turned out way cool.

My vote goes for the second decal.

Looking really boss! Digging the wood grain Capt.

I must say, I'm very very happy with how the nose cone turned out. My son had great ideas of letting the grain show, and using the Rit dye.

I decided to paint the fin tips red, without masking, kind of a poor man's fade effect. I like it! I like it a lot!

Jim,That came out great!A little fade on the fin tips adds to the nosecone. Will look great on a redliner or bluethunder motor's flame. Are you going with the decal?

Thanks Carl. I'm pretty happy with this one. I'm still looking at decal options, I haven't decided yet.

Go Browns!

I wish the "specks" in the Metalspecks paint were a bit bigger too, it needs lots of light to really show it. Still nice paint though. I've never used the blue, going to have to find a project for it - that looks great!
