MDRA has added October 12-13th to the schedule since Red Glare is looking like a late November Launch due to the crops at Higgs.

I am going to try to be there both days in September, try to at least get 1 flight on each of my MPRs, and another flight on the Patriot, along with the maiden flight of the Bullitt. Might skip the October launch to save some motors for Red Glare. Considering my first Dual Deploy flight on the Patriot on an I255 or I303. Got some work to do (finish mounting altimeter, test ejection charges, etc)

Wish I still lived in PA! I'd love to go to this launch...

I see that AMW is not going to be at the sod farm in September.

AMWProX Calendar

Is there going to be another vendor there selling motors? I'm running low. And I'm all out of igniters.

Nathan, as far as I heard, there will not be a vendor there at all, they kept announcing at the last launch if you needed motors/supplies to get them because they wouldnt be there. There is however plenty of time to order from them and get it before the launch.

I guess this puts Red Glare firmly in November.

Not necessarily, Mother Nature has her designs on the Field at Higgs Farm, everything depends on when the crops are harvested. I would keep an eye on the MDRA website and keep on the lookout for emails from them. I am planning on being at both Sept and Oct launches, and RG.

Okay I just ordered some F and G SU motors and firstfire jr igniters from Red Arrow Hobbies. Should get here in time. I hate paying the @#$%& hazmat fee.

I'll buy the H reload for my L1 attempt at Red Glare. There will be PLENTY of vendors there.

I placed an order with Al's Hobbies for 6 AT SU motors, shipping was only $10.05, have to go ground which takes a day or two longer but no hazmat fees. They shipped on Aug 1 and I got them Aug 6th.

Anyone that will be at MDRA This weekend I have a brand new never used AT 29/40-120 case, with aft closure wrench, (3) F40-7W, and (1) G76-7G reloads I'm getting rid of, make offer!

Here is the video from my AT Mustang at ESL #184 on Saturday 9/14. This was with a AT F20 SU motor.

That was pretty neat seeing that thing fly, Spun like a top once the chute came out!
