Charge actuated tethers

Anyone with experience with Blacksky or Defy Gravity's charge actuated deployment tethers? To those not knowing what I'm talking about it's dual deployment from a single compartment where the drougue pulls out the main after a pyro-tether separates and releases the main. VERY SLICK IDEA. ?? Does it work? How well? Problems, issues etc...

I've looked at the Defy Gravity product but, I don't have any first hand experience. It sure looks like a very cool product.

My Buddy came up with his own design, but it does essentially the same things as the other two... I've flown it a few times, and it's very cool... there a bit more time and effort needed in packing everything, but the concept is quite sound.
