Estes publication TR-11

To all,

I'm trying to track down a copy (soft-copy pdf preferred) of the Estes TR-11 publication:
Aerodynamic Drag of Model Rockets

Estes lists it on their site; it is no longer being sold, but it hasn't yet showed up on their free publications list.

I found references to it existing on the Ye Olde Rocket Shoppe ftp site; but I don't know where that is.

Any help is appreciated.
