If you don't hear from anyone, Justin, you should look at the http://binderdesign.com/ kits. I expect that they still use the same tubes and nosecones as BSD. The Binder "Excel" kits are pretty similar to the Horizon.

With BSD not in production right now, Williams suggestion is a very good one, Mike will treat you good at Binder designs and the Excel is a very close match to Horizon.
