Changing status in the yard sale section?

I'm sure it's easy, and clearly spelled out in an obvious place, but I couldn't find it.
How does one change the status of a thread in the yard sale section from 'For Sale' to 'Sold'?

Go to the first post in the thread. At the bottom of the post there should be an Edit Post button. Click that, then click the Go Advanced button (next to the Save button) on the editor that appears. On the main Edit Post page, there's a dropdown box above the Subject textbox, which will allow you to change the prefix to SOLD.
