Just want to say, Jim you make some wicked designs that are great value for the money as well as excellent quality. Just love all the thinking outside of the 3/4FNC box. :wink::wink::wink:

I do believe I will go broke before ever getting every Flis Kit I'd like. :wink::wink:

:roll::roll:
Though I am close to getting every The Launch Pad kit I could ever want! Just need 4 or 5 more... or was it 5 or 6...

I realy appreciate the extra care taken in writing the instrutions and providing extra building support matierials such as the fin pattern templates, provided for models such as the Frick-N-Frack and the Bulls Eye, which make what would be an otherwise challenging build in to a very straight forward build.

I am waiting for the "Jacks or Better to Open" rocket.

LOL This is a hoot as I have a design (simple single engine sport model) that I've christened the "One Eyed Jack" for no other reason than to be able to bundle the "Deuce's, Tres and One Eyed Jacks Wild!"... oh man, I need a day off... LOL

Glad you folks are enjoying the kits. It's a passion, to say the least. I have some fun designs coming out at some point this year with our first new kit being announced at NARCON next month :)

Keep watch!

At the launch this weekend I opened up the trunk with all my low power kits packed in, the best from Estes, TLP, Dynastar, Zooch, Sunward, etc. But what did the kids see and the adults all ask about? That old, beat up US TOG painted neon green and pink with all the silly white stripes. With the nose cone tip long broken, the motor hook blown out, several spots of silver touch up paint and an ever fraying piece of Kevlar, it is still flying. 23 flights now from D to F power and the paint to paint friction fit of the blades in the engine nacelles has not moved a millimeter. Once you check into Flistopia you don't check out. . . is that the Cruse of Flis?:confused2:

You guys don't know the half of it. I managed to get one of Jim's first Journeyman kits. :D But Jim went and signed it! Now I am afraid to open it. Should I buy an unsigned kit? :confused: Jim is a sly one!

(I have known Jim for many years. He's one of the good guys for sure. :clap:)

That's funny. When I was in scouts, we did SO much with duct tape. Good times...

Yeah, I've really enjoyed Jim's kits. I've done the Mudwasp, Interloper, Buckshot, Petite Praetor, HOJO, and Tartar. I'm certain I'll build more.

What I would like to do is build a very good rocket and have the rocket itself signed by Jim to mount on the wall. That would be cool...

One of the things they used to jury rig Apollo 13 was duct tape

I've built the Tres, the Red Crayon (MMX), the diminutive Deuce, The Tumbleweed, and I'm currently building a USS Grissom. I have a Dead Ringer in the build box and a Thing-A-Ma-Jig that I've prepped so my girlfriend can build it.

I'm toying with the idea of some sort of rotary space station thing using the MMX tubes and some depron foam.
