Well playing around a bit...

What do you think is this signature readable? does it catch your eye? Enough or too much color?

A little too dark on the bottom. Needs more contrast. Maybe tone down the top.

and that block of colour easily stands out on the screen.

I like the purple but if you wanted to experiment more, you could try a little yellow or red on the black instead which stand out well. Otherwise, it looks great to me and it does stand out.

Don't forget that one of the forum controls is to not display signatures. I personally have this feature enabled.

I haven't even seen what he came up with a couple weeks ago for a logo so he may be completely happy with what he did.

I think he wants to talk to you about some stuff for our fair display as well as some website stuff. Ways to further promote and pimp the vendors that are helping us on the big project.

He's in Chicago but will be home tomorrow. Or, if you're bored, call him yourself.
